Enjoy an elegant stay on a tree hotel and watch animals under floodlights at the water hole all this from the safety of your balcony. Travel north crossing the Equator to the arid lowlands of Samburu National Reserve which is famous for reticulated giraffes, generuk, oryx, grevy zebra and many more. You will then travel back south and astound yourself with exciting views at the slopes of the Mt. Kenya.
Day 1: Nairobi - The Aberdare National Park -> Morning drive through Kikuyu farmlands, to arrive at the base hotel. Note only an overnight bag is required at the tree hotel. The rest of the baggage will be stored at the base hotel. After lunch at the base hotel, drive to dense forest of The Aberdare Ranges to your tree hotel for game watching. Overnight at The Ark or Tree tops hotel.

Day 2: The Aberdare Ranges - Samburu -> Continue north across the equator to the Semi-desert region of Samburu, arriving at your lodge for lunch. Drive along the Uaso Nyiro River in search of crocodile, leopard and resident wildlife. Overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge.

Day 3: Samburu -> Full Day game viewing along the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River. The river's permanent waters abound with crocodile and hippo and attract plenty of wildlife including the peculiar Grevy Zebra, Gerenuk, Beisa Oryx and the comical Somali Ostrich, unique to these northern parts. Overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge.

Day 4: Samburu - Mt. Kenya -> From the hot and arid lowlands of Samburu climb to the cool slopes of Mt Kenya to spend the night. Enjoy many facilities and scenic beauty. Overnight at Mt Kenya Safari Club.

Day 5: Mt. Kenya - Nairobi -> After breakfast depart for Nairobi, arriving before lunch.
